• Complete our intake and evaluation process

4. Reservations and Deposits

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are the legal owner or authorized agent for the dog
• All information provided about your dog is accurate
• Your dog has not harmed any person or animal
• You have disclosed any known behavioral or health issues

8. Emergency Care
